Grand Opening

We had our grand opening celebration on May 9th, 2009. Thank you to Cacciatorre Catering for providing breakfast and lunch! And many thanks to all the volunteers and donors who made the day such a success. A special thanks to Dave Stewart for making the courts look so nice for our opening, and to Tammy Gordon for organizing the raffle and auction!!

We haven’t updated any pictures lately because we’ve been extremely busy trying to get the facility ready to open. Today, we received the good news that we can open the facility up to the public. I taught my first lessons on the courts tonight and it felt amazing. Can’t wait to see everyone out on the courts!

We've got Clay!

Five courts now have clay! The fencing and sidewalks are almost complete. Lights are up and running. The inside of the pro-shop is looking nice with the cabinetry nearly finished. The patio is almost done as well. We’re getting closer!

Here’s the latest pic of the pro-shop. It’s looking good. The painters should be finished by next week and the tile work was starting this weekend.

Our Building

Here is another picture of our building! They are getting it ready for stucco. The doors are on, windows are in, and the whole inside is framed and being finished. It’s starting to look a little better. If you look close enough you can also see two of the court pavilions in the back between courts 2,3 and 4. All the tractor tracks in front of the building are sitting on our eventual larger than normal show court!
